Shipping Information
All of our packages are sent First Class within 1-3 days of receiving the order using the United States Postal Service and typically arrived within 3 days of shipment. Packages to international countries are also shipped using USPS and have a tracking number until leaving the United States and typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. Easy Returns & Exchanges
If your shirt has not been worn or washed and still has it's original Cotton Crustacean tags attached, we are happy to refund your order or exchange for a different size up to 30 days from receiving your order. Customer will pay for returning original product back. Cotton Crustacean will pay for second shipment if an exchange. Please contact us through our 'Contact' page if you would like to return or exchange and we will get you taken care of!
